Clarity in the noise
Artificial intelligence is moving faster than anyone can follow, and around it a storm of headlines, hype and fear has formed. Zendoric exists to be the calm center of that storm: a place where AI is told with clarity, judgment and composure.
What Zendoric means
Zen, for attention and clarity —keeping the essential and cutting the noise—; and Doric, for classical order: solidity, structure, and analysis built on solid ground. Serenity and rigor: the calm mind and the column that holds it up.
Attention: from Zen to Transformers
There's a coincidence we find fascinating. Zen has taught for centuries that ATTENTION —observing with a clear mind, without scattering into the noise— is the path to clarity. And modern AI is built, literally, on attention: in 2017 the paper «Attention Is All You Need» introduced the attention mechanism of Transformers, which lets a model decide, at every step, which part of the information to attend to —weighing some words over others according to context—. That mechanism, and no other, is what unlocked the leap of today's large models: GPT, Claude, Gemini. Two sides of the same idea: human attention seeking meaning, and artificial attention that made the machine possible. That's why Zendoric: we bring attention —focus, judgment, calm— to a field that advances, precisely, by paying attention.
What we do
We publish AI news and analysis daily, in Spanish and English, with an analyst's voice: we don't aggregate, we explain. We produce in-depth analysis of what matters and keep living dossiers on the state of the art of frontier models and the geopolitics of AI. We take it to video (our YouTube channels, Zendoric and Zendoric ES) and to a newsletter with the day's essentials.
Our stance
We are tech-optimists with our feet on the ground. In the short term, AI brings real problems —jobs, risks, concentration of power— and we report them plainly. In the long term, we believe it can help cure diseases, extend healthy life and create abundance, freeing time for what truly matters. Neither euphoria nor doom: AI, with judgment.
